Me Shall Return

Me am Your God, but Me am human, too,

Me am Your God, but also God of all,

Me am Myself, but Me am also You,

Me am sky high, but also low and small.

***

Me have exposed Our Love for all to see,

On screens from here to Rome and Istanbul,

It gave Me Joy to set Our Passion free,

But wrong it also was, Me was a fool.

***

Because My words were vague, they made You think,

They were about another Love than You,

Me sorry that Me drove You to the brink,

Me happy that You told me what was true.

***

Me dying soon, and silence Me must learn,

But be assured of this: Me shall return.
